Meaningful Work, Close to Home
At Help Hospice, every visit matters. Our nurses, aides, social workers, chaplains, and volunteers care for patients with a terminal illness in their own homes and stand beside their families through some of life’s most important moments.
We serve Brazoria, Matagorda, Fort Bend, Galveston, and Harris counties from our office in Clute. If you want work that makes a real difference for your neighbors, we would love to hear from you.
Who We Hire
Roles on Our Care Team
Registered Nurses
Lead each patient’s plan of care, manage pain and symptoms, and guide families at every visit.
Licensed Vocational Nurses
Provide skilled nursing visits, monitor comfort, and keep the care team informed.
Hospice Aides
Help patients with bathing, grooming, and daily comfort so they can rest with dignity at home.
Medical Social Workers
Support families with emotional needs, planning, and connections to community resources.
Chaplains
Offer spiritual care to patients and families of every faith and background.
Bereavement Support
Walk alongside families with grief support in the months after a loss.
Volunteers
Give the gift of time through companionship, respite for caregivers, and everyday help.
Office Staff
Keep referrals, scheduling, and records running smoothly at our Clute office.
